Returns / Refund Policy
If your item/items do not arrive in perfect condition, you must notify us within 7 days and provide evidence of any damage or breakages, failure to do this will unfortunately mean we cannot refund you item/items.
If the returned product is not in the condition in which it was shipped, then we reserve the right to refuse the return, or to issue a partial refund after assessing the item/product for damages.
When returning the item to us, you will be responsible for any damages caused in return transit by inappropriate packaging.
If you are shipping an item back to us, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance (optional). We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot be held responsible if your item goes missing.

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gift Vouchers T&C:
All gift vouchers must be used with a 6-month period. After 6 months, if you haven’t used it, it will expire. All bookings made are subject to availability and change. Gift vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The actual gift voucher with the redeem code, and email confirmation purchase must be presented for validation on arrival. Any reservation made using your gift voucher will be subject to our normal booking policy. Gift vouchers will be automatically redeemed in the case of a no show. No discounts or promotions on gift vouchers. We are not responsible if the gift voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission. If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so within 24 hours.
Treatments:
We require a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice for all treatments and appointments. Failure may result in a fee being charged 50% of cost of treatment.
